General Questions

Q) Do you offer local pickup if I order online?

A) Yes, you are welcome to order online and collect from out store in person. Please ensure you leave a note at checkout advising that you would like to collect your order in person so we can hold it for you. Any shipping charges paid on the order will be refunded if you collect your order in person.

 

Q) I am unsure about the size of an item to order. Can i buy same size what i wear from other brand?

A) No, Sizing standards vary between all brands. If you wear a size from other brand, it may not be the same size when you're buying from us. We have provided detailed size chart of each item under the product listing page. Please ensure you check the size chart of the item for an idea how may the garment fit. This will help in a hassle free transaction and save any shipping cost involved in returns.

 

Q) I would like to inspect an item and try on the size before placing an order. Can I visit your store?

A) Yes, we have public outlet and open in normal business ours which can be viewed on Contact Us page. You are welcome to walk-in, inspect and try on before making a decision to buy.

 

Q) I want to order an item but it appears to be out of stock. What shall I do?

A) We aim to maintain our stock level and restock items regularly. If an item of your interest shows out of stock, you can subscribe for an email notification to be notified when we restock that item by clicking on NOTIFY WHEN AVAILABLE button in orange color next to the item size/price.

 

Q) I want buy an item soon but it show Out of Stock. How long do does it take you to restock and item?

A) We aim to maintain our stock level and restock items regularly. If an item is out of stock and you need it fairly soon, you are welcome to send us a message and inquire about the item availability. We sometime have some items available and reserved to sell locally in our store. We will respond you back with an advise if we have the item available or an ETA for it's availability.

 

Q) I like an item in your collection but would like to customize the size or design. Can you help?

A) It depends on the item and level of customization you would like. We accept customizing some item such as our Jackets and can help. Please get in touch with us with details of the item and customizing you would like and we will get back to you if we can help.

 

Q) How can you offer such low prices? Is this an alarm for "compromise on Quality"?

A) Not at all. We manufacture a range of our products by ourselves and source others directly from our trusted vendors. This enables us to maintain quality and the cost of our entire product range. Instead of keeping the profit margin to ourselves, we rather pass this to you so you can enjoy best value of money.

 

Q) I am plus size person and you do not have my size available as an option for the item I am interest in. Can you help?

A) We can arrange plus size for a range of our products. Please send us a message via Contact Us page and we shall get back to with an advise to assist where we can.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Q) What is the usual time for delivery of an order?

A) We offer range of delivery services to choose from at checkout. We partner with multiple reliable courier services such as Australia Post, Courier Please and Fastway to ship orders to our valued customer in fastest and safer manners. We aim to handle all orders within 1 business day. Delivery time depends on the service you chose at checkout. Q) What are the payment option to place order online?

A) We aim to simplify your checkout experience and accept a range of payment methods that includes

Q) Do you have EFTPOS facility at store?

A) Yes, you can pay by a debit or credit card for purchases in store.

 

Q) Do you have any lay buy payment option?

A) Yes, we have integrated AfterPay and ZipPay with our online checkout to facilitate our customers with lay-buy payment options.

 

Return and Exchange

Q) I want to return my purchase for exchange. How can I do it?

A) That's easy, We offer free return for exchange or refund on our entire product range. Please view our Return Policy for details.

 

Q) I would like to return a gift which someone bought from your store. How can I return for exchange?

A) All items purchased from us are eligible to exchange under our Return Policy If you would like to return an item for exchange or refund, please get in touch by email with details of your order such as order number, name on the order and we will provide your instructions and start your return process.
